Arrive in Good Time

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your first appointment so that you have time for a consultation with us. If you are going to be late, we ask that you call in advance to notify us. We will try to accommodate you, but we cannot promise your full service time.

Specialised Intimate Waxing

All specialised waxing (Bikini, Brazilian and Hollywood waxing) at Creative Spa - Dublin is performed using Lycon hot (peel-able) wax that is made of the finest ingredients to ensure that you have the most pain-free and enjoyable specialised waxing service possible. There are few different levels of specialised bikini waxing that we offer at Creative Spa:

• Bikini Wax - This is just as it says, it covers the bikini line that would be on the outside of your panty line.
• Californian Wax / Thong Wax- Tight Bikini Wax, removing the hair close to the lips, the inner thigh and also the abdomen
• Brazilian Wax - As Above but also removing all hair form the lips and the bum.
• Hollywood Wax- All gone!

Pre Waxing Advice

• Exfoliate the treatment area the night before your service (This will help with the removal of dead skin cells and allow a better more comfortable service)
• Do not shave or use any hair removal products in the 2 Weeks prior to Waxing
• Do not sunbathe or use Sunbeds for 24 hours prior to being waxed
• If you have not been waxed before please ensure to have a patch test 48 hours prior to being waxed.
• You are also advised to trim the hairs before waxing to ensure a more pleasant experience.
• Hygiene is extremely important for both you and your therapist so we would request that the area is hygienically prepared before your visit. There will also be hygiene wipes present in the treatment rooms.
• You are not suitable for waxing treatments if you have been using Retin-A or Roaccutane in the last 6 months.

 

Post Waxing Advice

• Refrain from any excessive exercise after your treatment for at least 24 hours
• Refrain from using steam rooms or Saunas and do not spray hot water directly onto treatment area for at least 24 hours.
• Do not use any chemicals on treated area for at least 24 hours

Mobile Phone Policy

In order to benefit from your time with us, we ask you to switch your phone to "silent" in order to completely relax and enjoy your experience.

Cancellation Policy

At Creative Spa, we understand that appointments will need to be changed and cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our clients we ask for at least 24 hours notice in these instances.

Please note our specific policies below:

• A credit card or deposit is required when making your appointment.
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
• The charges will be made automatically without notification.

Please note 48hrs cancellation is required for package and group bookings.

Discounts

We respectfully ask clients not to ask for multiple discounts, or for changes to be made to our special offers. Each discount offered by the salon is a “stand alone” discount. Please note the following:

• Company discount (if applicable) only applies to full price services notdiscounted or special offer services.

• Vouchers may only be used for full price services, not discounted services;

• Terms and conditions of discounts are always stated, please do not ask for alternations or personal changes – e.g. Quiet Times offers are only available during Quiet Times.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding, and ask you to respect our staff by not requesting extra discount or preferential offers. Thank you
