As a courtesy to all our clients please be on time for your appointment. If you are more then 15 minutes late we will gladly reschedule your appointment but we might have to charge you for the missed service. Alternatively we can offer you a shorten service.
Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Notice to cancel an appointment would be appreciated to enable us to accommodate a client on our waiting list. A credit card number will be required for all Bookings over €30. A charge of 50% will be deducted in the event of a client not showing up for their scheduled appointment or not giving 12 hour notice.Vouchers will be cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Sorry NO Children!
In the interest of Health & Safety please understand we can not accommodate children under the age of 16 years in the waiting area. In compliance with the child protection act persons 16-18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for treatments.
Mobile Phones
Our Salon is designed as a peaceful environment. Please Respect our wishes and switch mobile phones off when you arrive. They cause great disturbance to the treatment of other clients.
